In the absence of a client specified methodology, our project managers will utilise either PMBOK or PRINCE2 frameworks to ensure successful project delivery.

Our Project/Program Directors have unmatched experience in co-ordinating multiple projects which have been implicated with competing resources, conflicting political agendas, limited budgets and loosely defined scopes. The success of our Directors has seen these wayward projects prudently transformed into managed programs of work, aligned to the organisations core strategy. 

Our Project/Program Directors also have experience in recovering projects where defined tolerances have been breached and control must be salvaged to ensure benefit realisation.

Due to the nature and varying scales of effort involved between different programs of work, the fee for our Project/Program Directors does not attract a set price, but rather requires negotiation upon review of the work package to be delivered.
