A Tasmanian Government agency found itself with a number of multi-million-dollar projects in various stages of implementation, ranging from not-commenced to mid-deployment.  These projects were being delivered by a small team of employed staff and the agency recognised that they needed to quickly increase their project’s team resources but were restricted with internal resourcing capabilities.

Tasmanian IT were contacted to see if there was a resource that could work across multiple projects in various capacities.  Tasmanian IT provided a multi-skilled and highly experienced resource, who worked in a variety of roles including Project Manager, Test Manager and Project Officer, successfully over multiple projects.

Furthermore, this engagement required longer than normal operating hours, intra-state travel from Nubeena to Scottsdale, and a broad spectrum of technical troubleshooting activities to meet the client requirements.

The flexible approach, broad skillset and team-focused method provided by the Tasmanian IT resource assisted the successful delivery of two major projects and the initiation of a third.
